Killington’s only full-service mountainside hotel features convenient ski-bridge access to the slopes from December-March (snow conditions permitting). Ownership at the Killington Grand

The Killington Grand is a fractional or quarter-interval ownership property with 532 units.  Each owner owns one week every 28 days totaling 13 weeks a year.  It is different than a time-share where owners own a specific week each year.  Intervals begin on Friday afternoon and end the following Friday morning. The Killington Grand has 26 different floor plans ranging from studios sleeping 2 people to 3-bedroom penthouses sleeping 10 people.  Some of the studios and suites have one or two connecting hotel rooms which provide owners several options of usage.

Ownership has its privileges.

  • Each interval owner has one or two ski lockers (based on unit size) in the exclusive owner-only locker room.
  • Owners and their guests have use 365 days a year of the newly remodeled Owners’ Lounge on the 2nd It has a new full sized-kitchen, new tables and chairs, new work desk with computer, pool table, gas fireplace and comfortable seating areas each with their own televisions.
  • Owners also have access to the pool and health club 365 days a year.
  • Owners in the Killington Rental program receive discounts on: retail, food and non-alcoholic beverages purchases as well as discounts on Killington Resort activities with the Owner Card. Friends & Family also receive discounted lodging rates.
  • Owners can join Interval International or RCI. These companies allow you to exchange one or more of your weeks at the Killington Grand for time at one of the many affiliated properties all around the world.
  • Owners will soon have the ability to book their own lodging via the new WorldNXT online reservation portal.

Killington Grand Accounting

  • Rental Income: we offer direct deposit or paper checks of rental income earned the previous month.
  • Homeowner Association dues are billed quarterly and taxes billed twice a year. Owners have the ability to see HOA balances and pay via the online accounting portal.
